Our decision to launch BOC was driven by a shared desire to serve the hospitality world. We began our journeys in different places at different times, but our paths intersected fortuitously at the Irvine Company, where we each played critical roles in the success of the Resort at Pelican Hill, a distinctive world-class property that’s earned Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond ratings. He led large teams, drove measurable cost savings and revenue outcomes, and achieved five‑star standards.
